ABOUT BUYING PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS - This may be the first time you are buying promotional items, so we want to give you an overview. The price of promotional items always includes a one-color imprint on one location in the price. In addition there will be one setup charge per color. If you need additional colors, just click on SPECIAL QUOTE and we'll send over a quote. Some of the items in this section do include 2 color printing or full color. The price for these has been adjusted.

In addition to the unit price and the setup charge, sales tax will be added if you are in California only as well as UPS shipping charges. (If you are out of state, the saving of sales tax will pretty much offset the cost of ground shipping.) We normally ship UPS ground which is not very expensive. If you need the item(s) quicker, we can ship 3-day, 2-day, or next day saver, but these will cost more. We use manufacturers all across the country. When you place an order we will make every effort to buy from a vendor in your region. But finding you the best prices is the most important factor.

And lastly let's talk about artwork. If you can, please send us camera-ready art. It must be a high resolution 300 dpi file (low resolution 72 dpi internet files CANNOT BE USED). As far as the type of file, we prefer an Adobe Illustrator file. If an artist created your logo, they will have this and you can send us the file. If not and we are printing in one color, you can send a PDF file with no screens, tones or gradations. The PDF file should be black and white and you can specify the imprint color.
