CAN I USE ART FROM THE INTERNET? - No, No, No. 72 dpi images from the internet can only be used on the internet. Printers, sign companies, award companies and promotional product companies cannot use this art. We require 300 dpi art or higher.

WHAT IS A SETUP CHARGE? - Whenever anyone personalizes anything, there is a setup charge to cover setting up the machine to do the personalization. In our case, we include this cost FREE, except on promotional products.

WHAT IS THE "FREQUENT BUYERS PROGRAM"? - For companies who purchase over $10,000 or more a year in personalized, this membership program guarantees them the lowest price on all purchases … for anyone in the company. Membership is included with every company store.

WHAT'S BETTER, EMBROIDERY OR SILK-SCREENING ON APPAREL? - It depends on the type of item and what you are using it for. Overall, embroidery is more classy and usually used for left chest logos. Silk-screening is normally done on t-shirts.
